Where most see an empty plot, we see potential. Since 2003, Pratik Enterprises has been turning raw land into residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
We are based in Pune and take projects all over India, with our teams moving to wherever the site is.
We work as end-to-end construction partners, not just contractors. Our capabilities cover the full project lifecycle: site development, statutory and architectural approvals, precision engineering and turnkey execution.
With a fabrication workshop, a dedicated fleet of heavy machinery and advanced construction technologies, we keep complete control over quality, timelines and budgets.

What end-to-end means for your project
Our capabilities cover the full project lifecycle, so one team stays accountable from the first drawing to handover. Here is what each stage involves.
- Site developmentClearing, levelling, excavation, backfilling and groundwork, so the plot is ready to build on.
- Precision civil and structural workRCC frames, block work, plaster, UCR masonry, gabion walls, stone cladding and compound walls.
- Turnkey executionYou hand us the plot, and we deliver a ready-to-use structure, from large EPC contracts to bespoke bungalows.
- Fabrication and infrastructureOur own fabrication work and infrastructure experience on river, hill and large land projects.
Statutory and architectural approvals are also part of the lifecycle we are able to support.
