How to prepare your brief
The more we know up front, the faster we can plan. If you do not have everything yet, send what you have.
- Architectural and structural drawings, if they exist
- The city, state and exact location of the site, and how to reach it
- Which work you need: the full building, or specific trades such as block work, plaster or gabion walls
- Your handover date, so we can plan backwards from it
- Finishes, quality expectations and how you like to communicate
- Where approvals stand, if the project needs them
