Pratik Enterprises has been executing civil and construction work for real estate developers across India since 2003. The people on site decide whether that work is done to drawing, on schedule and safely, so we hire for experience that has already been tested on live projects. For the Safety Officer role, freshers are welcome.

We are currently hiring for five roles across our sites: a Project Manager, a Site Engineer, a Billing Engineer, a Site Supervisor and a Safety Officer. The table shows each role at a glance. The full details, and what the application asks, are below it.

Project Manager

The Project Manager runs a project from the first plan to handover and answers for time, cost and quality.

The work

You run the project end to end. You plan the work and the programme, own the project budget, and coordinate with the client, consultants and contractors. You track progress and quality against the plan, keep management informed, and make sure the work follows the safety norms that apply on each site.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for ten or more years of experience running construction projects, with a record of delivering buildings on time and within budget. You have led site teams, worked with clients, consultants and contractors, and you are comfortable with planning and progress reporting.

What the application asks

The form asks about the types of projects you have run, your largest project, the biggest team you have led, the tools you use and the clients you have worked with. It ends with the largest project budget you have managed.

Site Engineer

The Site Engineer turns the drawings into finished work on site, stage by stage.

The work

You manage the supervisors who run the crews, coordinate with the Project Manager and with the client’s and consultants’ teams, and make sure the work follows the safety norms.

We are looking for five or more years of site experience in civil or structural work, with a degree or diploma in civil engineering. You read drawings with confidence, set out work accurately and have managed supervisors on a live site.

Billing Engineer

The Billing Engineer keeps measurements, bills and quantities accurate, so that what is built is what is paid for.

The work

You take measurements on site, prepare running account (RA) bills, and check quantities and rates against the agreed scope. You reconcile with contractors and with the client, so that what is billed matches what is built, and you keep the records that support each bill.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for five or more years of billing experience on construction projects, with a degree or diploma in civil engineering. You measure and read drawings accurately, have prepared RA bills for contractors and the client, and are comfortable with billing software and spreadsheets.

Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor runs the crew on site and makes sure the work matches the drawing.

The work

You run the crew on site, allocate labour to each task and check the work against the drawings as it is done. You make sure materials and tools are in place, enforce the protective equipment and safety norms on site, and report progress and any problems to the Site Engineer every day.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for five or more years on construction sites, hands-on with RCC, block work or plastering. You read drawings, lead a crew and report clearly. Speaking the languages your crew speaks helps.

Safety Officer

The Safety Officer keeps the site safe, every day: checks, talks, equipment and reporting.

The work

You carry out safety checks on site, give toolbox talks to the crews, make sure protective equipment (PPE) is worn and in good order, and record and report any incident. You help us follow the safety norms that apply on each site.

Freshers are welcome. A safety certificate or diploma helps, and we would like to know when you can join. You are observant, firm and clear, and you are ready to work on site.
