Fabrication and infrastructure contractor in India
Our own fabrication work, together with infrastructure experience on river, hill and large land projects, keeps critical work in our hands instead of with outside parties.
What it is
When a contractor depends on third parties for fabricated items, the job can wait on someone else’s schedule and quality. We work with our own fabrication workshop and a dedicated fleet of heavy machinery, which reduces that reliance.
Infrastructure work, such as river protection, retaining structures and hill-zone civil work, is where this matters most, because sites are remote, conditions are harsh and delays are costly.
Where it is used
- Infrastructure projects on rivers, barrages and hill zones
- Large land developments with retaining and protection work
- Projects that need fabricated items made to a fixed programme
- Sites far from city suppliers
What to specify before we start
- Items to be fabricated and drawings
- Material specification and tests
- Delivery dates against the programme
- Site access and lifting
- Inspection and approval points
How we run it
Our own workshop and machinery
A fabrication workshop and a dedicated fleet of heavy machinery keep key work in our hands.
Faster mobilisation
Our own fabrication means less waiting on third parties when work needs to start.
Controlled material quality
We control the quality of what we fabricate instead of relying on an outside source.
Better cost management and timely progress
Fewer hand-offs make costs easier to manage and keep the project moving.
Infrastructure on record
We built gabion walls and 1500 mm thick gabion mattresses at the Bhadbhut Barrage on the Narmada River, and gabion and UCR retaining structures in high-elevation zones on Lavasa Road and at Oxford.
We start from your drawings
We read the drawings, specification and timeline first, then plan manpower and the daily workflow to match them.
Our own engineers and supervisors
Work is run by our own engineers and supervisors on site, so someone accountable is always on the ground.
Safety on every site
We follow all applicable Indian rules and safety norms on every site. See our safety policy.
We have done this work on 2 projects for Dilip Buildcon Limited; and SNBP, Sanny Machineries and TNT. The list below shows each one.
