Gabion wall contractor in India
A gabion wall is built from wire-mesh cages filled with stone. It is used to retain earth, hold a slope and control erosion, and it drains water through the wall.
What it is
A gabion wall is made of wire-mesh cages filled with stone. The cages are stacked and tied into a flexible wall that holds earth, stabilises slopes and controls erosion.
Because water drains through the wall, pressure does not build up behind it. Gabions also flex slightly with ground movement, which makes them a common choice for river, flood and hillside work.
Where it is used
- River and flood protection
- Slope stability and retaining walls
- Erosion control along channels and barrages
- Boundary and landscaping walls
What to specify before we start
- Wall height and slope conditions
- Mesh and wire specification
- Stone size and fill quality
- Foundation and bedding level
- Drainage and water exposure
How we run it
Heavy-duty infrastructure experience
At the Bhadbhut Barrage on the Narmada River we built gabion walls and 1500 mm thick gabion mattresses for riverbed and flood protection.
Large land developments
At Tomorrowland, Anjarle and Celebration Land, Neral, gabion walls give slope stability.
City projects too
We have built gabion retaining walls in Pune, including Star Gaze at Bavdhan and Kharadi Central.
We start from your drawings
We read the drawings, specification and timeline first, then plan manpower and the daily workflow to match them.
Our own engineers and supervisors
Work is run by our own engineers and supervisors on site, so someone accountable is always on the ground.
Safety on every site
We follow all applicable Indian rules and safety norms on every site. See our safety policy.
We have done this work on 7 projects for Dilip Buildcon Limited; The House of Abhinandan Lodha; Vilas Javdekar Developers; Kolte-Patil Developers; Skyi; and SNBP, Sanny Machineries and TNT. The list below shows each one.

What is a gabion mattress?
A flat, shallower cage filled with stone, laid along riverbeds and banks to resist scour. We built 1500 mm thick mattresses at Bhadbhut Barrage.
Can you take a new project?
Yes. We take new projects anywhere in India. Share your drawings, expectations and timelines and we plan our manpower and daily workflow around them.
